Could I be a hosted buyer ?
- If you are a large retailer and regularly sourcing and buying FOB and/or Private Label toys - and you're coming to DIRECT SOURCING with business in mind, you can apply to join our hosted buyer programme. Our uniquely hosted buyer programme is designed for professionals just like you.
Should I be a hosted buyer ?
- If you'd like a VIP experience with free accommodation while you're at the event , and can commit to making appointments with our exhibitors, then the answer has to be yes !

The Hosted Buyer program is a targeted matchmaking program that connects buyers and product suppliers in highly efficient, highly relevant and highly productive one-on-one meetings.
Meet global suppliers with the best collections !
You need to know that you are meeting with suppliers who will meet your needs. With access to detailed information on each exhibitor and product category, you can pre-select meetings with the brands whose products best meet your needs.
Each meeting is double opt-in, meaning both parties have agreed to meet. As a buyer, you'll follow a simple process that allows you to validate meetings with the suppliers you want to meet, but also with those who are able to meet the product demands you've declared.
A time-saving appointment program
Participate in as many double opt-in meetings as you wish (a minimum of 15) held in supplier showrooms and we ask that hosted program participants only participate in a maximum of 5 meetings (not double opt-in) with suppliers that have the product line the buyer is responsible for.
